Fancy and time consuming - serve in a chilled cocktail glass (or martini glass)
1 1/2 ounces London dry gin
3/4 ounce Campari
3/4 ounce Italian vermouth
Shake well with cracked ice then carefully strain in to the glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
Casual and quick (when I’m alone and need that drink badly, like today)
Fill a lowball glass tumbler with ice
Add a slice of orange
Top with equal parts of Campari, sweet vermouth and gin
